Firstly if you are on this page you are considering using Micasa so thankyou. Micasa actually has 2 x actual food trucks.
Micasa is known for true handmade gourmet burgers however we also offer many other items. Please let us know what type of catering you are requiring such as weddings, corporates, birthdays, the boss being nice spoiling the staff, end of year Christmas parties etc. Are you wanting to have the food truck feel with guests coming up to the truck or do you want to have platters of food handed around? Do you have a specific time frame to feed staff within?
Our chef can handle most special dietary requirements.
Everyone has different requirements for their event therefore please fill out our contact form with as much detail as possible and we can design a special menu for you from 100 people+ or a minimum amount.
*please note many other apparent "food truck operators" turn up with a trailer or a gazebo tent to cater your event. Micasa only uses state of the art actual food trucks!
A semi flat area of 6.4m length x 2.5m width and 3.5m height on private land. Easy access for out truck to get into position for setup with no 4wd tracks or scratching the sides of the truck on tree branches. It is your responsibility to check with council or a land owner if you are having us cater at a park or any other location. We work a lot in parks throughout Brisbane and the Gold Coast so just speak with council firstly to get approval.
